Millennials and GenZ share the “Likes” especially when they are happy with the service they receive.
 
84% say that most businesses are meeting their expectations, significantly more than older Americans at 79%.
 
The youth of America are also the only generation that tell more friends about good service than bad service, which establishes a new trend in how Americans think about services as a whole.
 
Men, however, tend to share poor experiences compared to Women
(21 compared to 10) over good experiences (15 compared to 7).

If a customer has a bad experience, they will tell an average of 15 people.
